Ever have a strange dream? I’ve had several that I remember, even years after I dreamt them. Today’s prompt is to turn a strange dream into a story. This will perhaps involve writing beyond the events of the dream. Create new characters. You can be a character too, but don’t be afraid to take your character out of yourself.
Pay special attention to the setting. Sights, sounds, smells…the way things feel and even taste (not to say your characters have to eat the set of your dream-story but air can have a taste). Bring your reader into the realm of your subconscious.
